PLC Control Panel Manufacturer in India
At Autologic Controls, we design and manufacture PLC and SERVO Control Panels built for demanding industrial environments. Our panels are engineered to give precise control over automated processes — from single-machine setups to multi-line plant automation.
Every panel we build goes through rigorous testing before dispatch, ensuring your process runs without unexpected halts. We serve manufacturers, plant operators, and OEM builders across India who need control systems that are reliable, programmable, and built to last.
Whether you need a standard PLC panel or a fully customized SERVO-driven control system, our team handles design, fabrication, wiring, programming, and commissioning under one roof.
What Is a PLC Control Panel?
A PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Control Panel is an enclosed electrical assembly that houses a programmable logic controller along with associated components including I/O modules, HMI displays, contactors, relays, circuit breakers, and power supplies. It acts as the central brain for automating machinery and industrial processes.
Unlike conventional relay-based panels, PLC panels can be reprogrammed to accommodate new process logic without rewiring. This makes them ideal for industries where process parameters change frequently or where multiple machines need coordinated control from a single interface.
SERVO Control Panels take this further they integrate servo drives and precision motion controllers for applications requiring exact speed, position, and torque control, such as CNC machines, printing presses, and textile looms.
Our PLC/SERVO Control Panels
Autologic Controls offers the PLC Control Panel as our flagship automation control solution. Each unit is built to your exact process requirements with the following as standard:
- CRCA mild steel enclosure with powder-coated finish
- Branded PLC hardware (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, or as specified)
- HMI touchscreen interface for real-time monitoring and operator input
- Proper cable management with ferruled terminations
- IP54/IP65 protection options for harsh environments
- Pre-delivery functional testing and documentation
For SERVO applications, we additionally integrate servo drives, encoder feedback systems, and motion control logic to deliver precise axis control for your machinery.
Key Features
Fully Customizable Design Each panel is built as per your process I/O requirements, enclosure size, and installation environment. No two plants are the same — and neither are our panels.
HMI Integration Panels include operator-friendly HMI screens that display live process data, alarm history, and manual override options. Reduces dependency on dedicated control engineers for day-to-day monitoring.
Multi-Protocol Communication Supports Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, and other industry-standard protocols for seamless integration with SCADA systems, drives, and third-party sensors.
Safety-First Wiring All panels include proper earthing, surge protection, overload relays, and emergency stop provisions — designed to meet IS/IEC electrical standards.
SERVO Motion Control Ready For applications needing precise positioning or speed control, our SERVO panels incorporate closed-loop feedback from servo drives and encoders for accurate, repeatable motion.
Compact Footprint Efficient component layout keeps panels compact without compromising maintenance access. Suitable for both floor-mounting and wall-mounting installations.

Why Choose Autologic Controls?
Custom-Built for Your Process We do not offer generic, off-the-shelf panels. Every unit is engineered after reviewing your process requirements, I/O list, and site conditions — so you get a panel that fits your plant, not the other way around.
In-House Design and Manufacturing From panel engineering and enclosure fabrication to wiring, PLC programming, and pre-delivery testing — everything happens at our facility. This means faster lead times, tighter quality control, and a single point of accountability.
Programming and Commissioning Support Our scope does not end at panel dispatch. We provide on-site commissioning, operator training, and post-installation support to ensure your system runs as intended from day one.
Quick Turnaround for Urgent Requirements Industrial downtime is costly. We maintain component inventory and offer priority production slots for urgent replacement panels and retrofit projects.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a PLC control panel and a relay-based control panel?
A relay-based panel uses fixed wiring to control a specific sequence of operations — changing the logic requires physical rewiring. A PLC panel uses programmable software logic, which means process changes, new sequences, or troubleshooting can be done through the programming interface without touching the wiring. This makes PLC panels faster to update, easier to diagnose, and better suited to processes that evolve over time.
Can Autologic Controls build PLC panels for hazardous (ATEX/Zone 1) environments?
Yes. For applications in oil and gas, chemical plants, or other explosive-atmosphere environments, we can supply panels in flameproof (FLP) or purge-and-pressurized (Ex-p) enclosures as per ATEX / IECEx requirements. Please share your hazardous area classification when requesting a quote.
Which PLC brands do you work with?
We work with all major PLC platforms including Siemens (S7-1200, S7-1500), Allen Bradley (Micro820, CompactLogix), Schneider Electric (Modicon M221, M241), Delta, and others. If your plant standardizes on a particular brand or if you have existing licenses, we build to that specification.
How long does it take to deliver a custom PLC control panel?
Lead time depends on the complexity and I/O count of the panel. Standard panels typically ship within 3–5 weeks from order confirmation. Complex multi-axis SERVO panels or large-scale systems may require 6–10 weeks. We provide a project timeline at the time of order confirmation.
Do you provide PLC programming along with the panel?
Yes. Panel supply and PLC programming are both available as a package. We develop the control logic based on your process description or P&ID, carry out simulation testing, and provide the source code with documentation. Modifications after commissioning are also supported
